Nothing

Is a stupid, senseless word,
Because if we are all nothing,
Then that is something
In itself.

And worthless--
We are all unworthy.
Pathetic. Undeserving.
Yet we do not belong to ourselves
Alone.

If just one smile,
Or one memory;
Than that is worth,
If only a little,
For, such loans you
To others as well
And puts you under
Passing happiness' spell.
